•  Quotes & Proposals: Online quotes are indicative. Final pricing and terms will be confirmed in a formal agreement.

You may submit inquiries via the contact form. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.

6. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, and content belong to MVPL. You may not use them without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
•  MVPL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
•  Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the services paid for in the relevant contract.
•  We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government actions, etc.).

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MVPL harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the Site.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
•  These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
•  Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai / Thane, Maharashtra.
•  Parties shall first attempt amicable resolution before legal proceedings.

10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Site or services at our discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
